Question 1

How does Forthpin’s managed lead generation work?

Accepted Answer

We start with your ideal customer profile and research the accounts, people and buying signals that matter. We then create relevant outreach, handle early replies and hand genuine, qualified conversations to your team.

Question 2

Who is Forthpin’s managed service for?

Accepted Answer

We work with UK and European B2B teams selling considered, specialist or reputation-sensitive offers. It is a good fit when your market needs judgement and relevance, not a high-volume generic pitch.

Question 3

What does “qualified” mean here?

Accepted Answer

Qualified means there is a sensible fit with your ideal customer profile, a relevant buying signal or context, and genuine interest in exploring the conversation. We focus on the quality and relevance of that interest rather than promising a fixed number of meetings.

Question 4

How does human review work alongside AI?

Accepted Answer

AI gives us leverage across research and preparation, while a human reviews the accuracy, account fit, relevance and tone before outreach is used. That judgement helps protect the quality of the work and your reputation.

Question 5

What happens if someone asks not to be contacted?

Accepted Answer

A clear opt-out is honoured immediately. We suppress that person from future outreach so the request is respected rather than treated as another sales signal.

Question 6

What happens after I send an enquiry?

Accepted Answer

We review the brief and come back with a considered follow-up based on your offer, market and ambition. If there is a fit, we agree a sensible next step together — without a hard sell or a generic pitch.
